About Us
The Little Way
If you have ever felt that caregiving is more than just a job, that it is a calling or part of your professional journey in caring for others, we want to sincerely thank you. Your willingness to serve others, often during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives, is a gift to those you care for and to our community.
We are Tess and Doug, and we are building Little Way Home Care here in Anne Arundel County, creating a home care service that families know they can count on, lean on, trust, and cherish. It is team members like you who make this vision possible.
We are looking for care professionals who want to be part of something different, a place where small acts of kindness matter just as much as clinical skills, and where you are valued as the professional you are. We are building a team that is supported, educated, respected, valued, and inspired to provide excellent and compassionate care for the people of our community, the Little Way. We would be honored to have you join us and grow as a care professional at Little Way Home Care.
